During the DANCEPL3Y workshop I learned that a dance unit is so much more than learning a specific routine or dance moves. Melanie used fitness and locomotor moves and incorporated them into the dance and didn’t worry so much about specific hands or feet. I am not a dancer and this showed me that dancing can be fun and creative. I think my students will feel the same way.”
